He is a lawyer by profession. He is presently the closest confidante of < BSP Supremo>ji, the 50 year old supreme leader of Bahujan Samaj Party. Now as we donot have the horoscope of < BSP Supremo>ji, lets try to ascertain his horoscope as a change in his fortune , good or bad, will give an indication of change in < BSP Supremo>’s fortune as he is quite a close adviser to her for the Political setup and policies to be adopted for reigning in U.P. It is already well known to every one that he is the man behind the strategy to get the absolute majority for her Party in recent U.P.Assembly Elections.
A small introduction about the U.P. Assembly elections:
< BSP Supremo>ji actually forged an inclusive social coalition across the caste spectrum – in addition to her core constituency of Dalits, a substantial section of the Upper castes, led by the Brahmins, and the most backward castes, both of which had once given their support to the BJP in the 1990s, lent their support to < BSP Supremo>ji. Brahmin Votes have been brought to BSP by their leader <A BSP Leader> only. Also, a sizable section of Muslim Voters led by Nasimuddin Siddiqui, another close colleague of < BSP Supremo>ji inspired Muslims to shift their loyality to < BSP Supremo>’s BSP from the past Samajwadi base.
After 14 years of messy coalition governments , she has used the old congress policy of getting the Votes of Brahmins, Muslims and dalits together with Dalits as the head unlike Congress’s policy of Brahmins at the head. This is the first time after BJP won majority in 1991 in Uttar Pradesh, that BSP has washed out all the pre-poll and exit poll predictions.
< BSP Supremo>ji had been preparing to be sworn in for the fourth time in 11 years. She has shown that unless there is strategy and organization on the ground, nobody can will the elections with mere charisma & pedigree.
Now, if we see the lagna Kundali of <A BSP Leader>, we will find the combinations of patterns of education in non- technical education, something related to Law, languages, economics, accounts etc. as the planets that come in prominence for giving education are Mars, Saturn, Mercury, Moon & Rahu/ketu.
See 5th house from Lagna is having Capricorn sign aspected by Mars from 2nd House. Also, Moon in own Nakshatra is placed in 5th house along with Rahu in Mars Nakshatra.

Mercury and Ketu’s aspect on 5th house & their being in Mercury’s nakshatra and in watery sign shows the non-technical education. From Mercury, karaka for education, the fifth house is again having the watery sign of Mars, i.e.Scorpio. Also, Sun as digbali in 10th house is placed with 2nd/9th Lord Venus, forming a Raj Yoga for Profession.
Ketu is in 11th House with Lagna Lord / 10th Lord Mercury aspected by 11th Lord Moon, showing gains.
Now see the fructification of the events in the Profession through two Dashas:
1. Current Vimshottari Dasha: Saturn / Venus / Ketu
In D1: We have seen all these three planets are having connection in D1 with 10th House / 10th Lord. Thus, raj yoga can give good political career to the native in this dasha.
In D9: In Navansha chart also, Saturn is 10th Lord sitting in 2nd House with Sun the 5th Lord of purva punya. Venus, the 2/7th lord of “Padprapti” , aspected by 9th lord Jupiter from 7th house, is conjoined with Moon, the 4th Lord of happiness. From Kanya(Virgo), the 10th house has both AK and AMK, forming an excellent Jaimini Raj Yoga.
From Meena(Pisces), the AK and AMK are in 4th House aspecting the 10th House.
From Mesha(Aries), the Ak and AMk are in 3rd House.
It should be remembered that <A BSP Leader> is the member of Rajya Sabha. Placement of Ak & Amk in 3rd house can mean, shifting from Central Politics to U.P. Politics seeking a seat from UP assembly after fighting an election. This may lead to resigning from Rajya Sabha. These developments are to be watched.
